Parties on Den Gamle Digegaard

Ever since we opened in 1974, parties have always been a big part of our identity.

It’s everything from christenings, confirmations, weddings and other celebrations.

We have a total of room for 85 seated guests and with the possibility of 45 overnight guests.

We offer 4 different kinds of brunch buffets, a cold buffet and of course special orders where we put together the menu with you.

Welcome (On the terrace, Dike or beach)

WELCOME: Spanish bubbles with snacks for the guests.

STARTER: Salmon mousse made from warm-smoked salmon from the smokehouse with green asparagus, salmon roe, and baguette.

MAIN COURSE: Veal sirloin steak with seasonal garnish.

DESSERT: Nougat crunch ice cream with strawberry sorbet.

Drinks: Exquisite wines will be served during dinner.

COFFEE: Coffee with nougat-filled Marcipan layered cake and 1 cognac or liqueur.

MIDNIGHT SNACK: Hash with fried egg, soup on request, sausage platter.
